Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mimio Entertainment ("we") handles in its Roblox games, on this website, and in Mimio Studio, the internal tool we use to publish our own videos. Contact: mimioentertainment@gmail.com.

1. Our Roblox games

Our games run on Roblox. Your account, sign-in, chat, payments and parental controls are handled by Roblox under the Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Inside a game we save only what the game needs to keep your progress, linked to your Roblox user ID: chosen style, level, experience points, coins, defeated bosses, cosmetic items you own or wear, and settings such as language. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location or chat messages, and we do not sell or share game data. Game passes are bought and checked through Roblox; we never see payment details.

Progress is stored in Roblox data stores for as long as the game exists. To have it deleted, email us with your Roblox username, or use the data deletion process offered by Roblox; we also act on Roblox's own erasure requests.

2. This website

The public pages (home, privacy, terms) use no cookies, analytics or advertising. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for up to 30 days.

The studio dashboard behind the sign-in page is only for Mimio Entertainment staff. Signing in uses a one-time email link; we keep the staff member's email address and a session cookie for that purpose only.

3. Mimio Studio and Google user data

Mimio Studio is our internal publishing tool. It connects only to Mimio Entertainment's own YouTube channel, with that channel owner's permission, to:

• upload videos that a studio member has approved;
• update the channel's description, keywords and banner.

It does not access any other person's Google account, contacts, email, files or viewing history. The access token is stored only on our private server and is never shared. Permission can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Mimio Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Children

Our games are made to be safe for young players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; game progress is linked only to a Roblox user ID. Parents can contact us at the email above with any question or deletion request.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date.
